Payment
Payments can be made either through a bank transfer or PayPal. As soon as the payment is credited to our account you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Your personalized transfer details and invoice number will be available on your order confirmation.
Order Confirmation
After your booking, we will send you a confirmation via email. This may take a bit of time. If you don’t seem to have received a confirmation, check your spam folder. If you haven’t received your confirmation 24 hours after your purchase, feel free to reach us through the contact form.
Mail-order Tickets
This year we will solely be providing tickets in the physical form, which will be sent out accordingly beginning of May.
Ticket Types
- WoMo Ticket: If you would like to take your motorhome, camper, or other seld-designed camping vehicle, you will need a WoMo Ticket per vehicle. Additionally, every passenger within the vehicle must have a festival ticket including camping.
- Day and Weekend tickets will be available to purchase soon.

- Owners of the Hannover Aktiv Passes receive a reduced admissions fee. Please notify us in advance if this applies to you through the contact form.

Youth Protection Guidelines
- Children and youth under 17 years of age who wish to attend the event must be accompanied by a legal guardian or chaperone for education purposes. It is necessary to fill-out and an educational form and present it upon entering the festival. This is also required for minors in possession of a camping ticket.
- Children under the age of 16 can only participate in the festival with accompaniment of their parents. Admission upon the basis of educational purposes is not possible.
- Minors who are the accompanied by their parents do not need to supply any forms.
- An educational chaperone may only accompany one minor at the festival.
- Please fill out the following educational-purpose form together with your parents and the chaperone who will be accompanying you and present it at the festival entrance. A minor without the educational-purpose form will be denied entry.
